FERTILITY SERVICES

• (free) 60 minute initial meeting (first month only)

  • discussed topics can be ovulation and cycles, temperature charting, going through fertility treatments such as IUI and IVF, sperm/egg selection (when using sperm/egg donor), or other fertility topics you need.

• Meeting to discuss egg/sperm selection if needed separate... or access to videos discussing the topic.

• 1x a month meetings (1-2 hours each)

  • to catch up on anything happening and see what support updates are needed (including physical, mental, emotional support)

• Appointments support attendance

  • can be in person (if allowed/local) or virtual

  • 2 per cycle/month

  • 30 mins - 1 hour debrief after appointments 

• Text/Phone/Email support 

• providing research/evidence based articles and information on aspects that pertain to your fertility journey

Any meeting that is not for appointment support is virtual at this time. 

 

Any other services (or more of a specific service) can be added a la carte (at time of bundle payment or another time).

• 2x a month - 30 minute phone calls (voice/VP)

  • to catch up on anything happening and see what support updates are needed (including physical, mental, emotional support)

• Text/Email support (During business hours)

• providing research/evidence based articles and information on aspects that pertain to your fertility journey

 

All support is virtual at this time.

$45/hour

Attending appointments.  This can be with your OB or fertility center.  I will take notes at appointments for discussion later.  Make sure you understand what’s going on.  Be emotional support for you as sometimes these appointments can be overwhelming.

• Debriefing after appointment.  

• 2 hour minimum (can inlcude debrief)

• Virtual unless local (and doctor/facility approved)

 

$45/hour

Assistance in the process to research finding and purchasing sperm or eggs.  This includes:

 

• discussing known donors vs donors from cryobanks (anonymous/open ID)

• help finding different cryobanks and what they offer. 

• learning how to navigate cryobanks websites

• other related topics
